A. Day-time Senior Citizen Nursing

a. Capacity: 30 people (maximum)
b.Qualification: 1. Registered in Pingtung City, 2. Over 60 years old, 3. Healthy or minor- 
stroke patient who can proceed daily care without assistance. 
c. Facilities and amenities: bedrooms, classrooms, lounge, restaurant, open kitchen, garden
d. Scale of Charge: For the low-income citizen--free of charge; the others will be charged for NTD 2600 monthly for the fees of meals, transportation and activities each person. The residents who do not need transportation will be charged NTD 2,300 monthly. 
e. Service hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, not available on Sunday and holidays.
f. service scope: 

1. Transportation: We pick up the senior residents by hired bus on the appointed stop.
2. Health care service: periodic blood pressure testing, blood sugar measurement service conducted by certificated nurses.
3. Meal service: We serve lunch, dinner and hold birthday party monthly 
4. Afternoon break bedrooms: We provide male and female bedrooms. Each person have individual beds for the afternoon break.
5. Recreation activities: We arrange outing monthly and various recreation programs with specific teachers. The facilities in the building are open for everyone, such as croquet field, work-out room, KTV room. We also provide the magazines and newspaper for the fellows to read.

B. Consultancy: We provide consulting room for one-by-one consultancy to solve the physical and mental problems of the aged people in the community.

a. Consultant Hotline: We provide a hotline 08-7233868 to provide the consultant service c for inquiry and provide the related social welfare information to the public.
b. Consultant by Fax: We provide a fax line 08-7230588 for the aged people who are disabled and can not meet the consultant in person.

C. Public Library Service: We provide a small library for the aged people and open for book-lending.

D. Karaoke Service: We open our Karaoke room form 2 to 4 pm every Tuesday and Thursday for the aged people in the community.
