(1). public founding for senior residents
Submit the certificate of low income household, household certificate transcript, and health form issued by public hospitals or above regional-level hospitals within 3 months through governments of township, city, or district where the applicant’s registered household is located.

(2). public founding for juvenile residents
Submit the certificate of low income household, household certificate transcript, and health form issued by public hospitals or above regional-level hospitals within 3 months through governments of township, city, or district where the applicant’s registered household is located, relevant institution’s transferring, or personal application.。

No exceptions for locations other than Penghu County

The health form ordinarily used by hospitals are allowable, including usually designated items and other additional required checks, such as blood, urine, biochemical, chest X-ray, Hepatitis B, syphilis, AIDS, Entamoeba histolytica, and Shigella dysenteria tests.

To avoid from repetitive welfare subsidies when public founding is applied for nursing and medical caring in the House, the subsidies in question will be ceased for continuous distribution once settling in the House. 

The application is under control for its proceeding efficiency and shall be completed for replying applicants or transferring institutions within 6 days since received.

Residents in the House are cared by governments in terms of food, clothing, living, transportation, and entertainment needs, and thus not allowed for out working.

Residents in the House shall stay inside the House, but may apply for leave of absences for personal special sakes in accordance with regulations.

Based on regulations, applicants with mandatory contiguous diseases to infection in clustering living are not accepted to the House.
